"We" or "us" consider user privacy paramount, and utilizes great care in keeping the information of the users ("Users" or "you") of the site private and secure. To demonstrate our firm commitment to privacy, the following agreement has been created to explain our policies and procedures in relation to all data collected. In this Privacy Agreement ("PA") we describe the information that we collect, use and protect your information. Capitalized terms not defined in the PA are defined in the Terms of Service. We do not track or store any personal data with the exception of the e-mails, usernames and encrypted passwords of our users per Article 11 in GDPR. The few cookies provided by our website are what could be considered essential for the website to function properly, thus we aren't required by the Article 5.3 in the ePrivacy Directive to need consent from or notify our visitors of the usage of cookies as none of the cookies are to track or show ads.
All users can see, edit, or delete their own account details at any time. Website administrators can also see and edit that information (with exception for the password which is encrypted). You can request to receive an exported file of the data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. These details are furthermore stored secure and encrypted in a database.
