Mike1505 2 Posted June 28, 2023 Share Posted June 28, 2023 Thirst for Expansion is a series of Minecraft servers based around "civilisations". Unlike most "Earth" Minecraft servers, TFE carefully creates unique servers that aren't just a basic 1:1000 map of Earth with Towny installed. Thirst for Expansion always follow a specific historical theme. This time the server is based on the year 1409. The map is a 1:500 Earth map with custom vegetation (trees, etc.), there is the ability for factions to create their own currencies, make vassals and colonise parts of the map. Gameplay-wise, we're trying to make it so that there's very little admin interaction required. In the future (when/if) things progress in the world, we plan to add custom events that can affect both factions and players (diseases/natural disasters/foreign invasions/other).
