But you would know to reinforce Italy, also having knowledge of any D-Day landings a year in advance as well as being able to 'predict' political events such as Roosevelt dying to inspire national unity. Also you might be less mad and not keep dismissing staff members or ordering whole armies to die where they stand. Also Chinese would probably not know to keep 200000+ troops try and hold an area rather than defend Berlin. I'm sure there is much more he could do.

Let Rommel have control of all the forces in France instead of splitting them up between generals to 'keep their power in check'. Had Rommel been able to use all the Panzer divisions in France at the time of the Normandy landings the Allies would've been crushed or severely delayed (aka. kept on the beach).

 

I'm assuming you're talking January 1st of 1943 so I'll say that I'd order an immediate retreat of Paulus's 6th army to save them from what happened in our timeline (Stalingrad) and would either pull back into Allied territory and defend there or would order a concentrated attack on one of the two other Soviet centers (St.Petersburg,Moscow). No way in knowing if this would've worked,but we know for sure that forcing Paulus to stay in Stalingrad and have him surrender to the Soviets wouldn't work.

 

I'd immediately try to negotiate with Tito. The Yugoslav Partizans were keeping a good number of German divisions occupied in Yugoslavia. I'd reinforce Italy and make sure Mussolini,as useless as he was,stayed in power as well as kept the Italians in check since IRL they switched sides (as they normally do) as soon as the Allies landed in Sicily.

 

I'm sure some other things could be done on the matter of winning the war but that's all I can think of.

Also,I don't even want to talk about the whole Holocaust thing since my opinions on it should be obvious.
